Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike as a project management tool to keep track of the different projects within the agencies for different clients. Access is given to the employees, contributors, as well as clients. As some of the members are based overseas and working remotely, we communicate within the platform and track our deadlines for different tasks.
- Notification
- Minimalistic UI
- Ease of Use
- Automation
- Default home setting should be the tasks assigned that also shows other tasks within a 14-day time period
- Increases productivity
- Keeps everyone on track
- Effective collaboration
Wrike is easier to learn and manage compared to Asana. Due to the overwhelming features of Asana, it tends to get cluttered and complex to set up automation and workflows. Trello on the other hand lacks a lot of features and functionality that Wrike offers. Notion is just too cumbersome and complex to set-up.
