Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

My key role is within Marketing operations and content management. I maintain our marketing platforms, and Wrike has been a key platform in our team and organization. It helps our workflow be seamless and in order. It helps us to communicate with client service effectively. It addresses communications effectively by using Wrike. It makes our life easy when dealing with clients and their requirements.

  • Downtime.
  • Searching criteria.
  • Not really part of this, but I think Wrike has been a good comms tool for our team.

I've been a user of Wrike since 2018. At first, it was quite overwhelming because I am not used to Marketing platforms, but being familiar with the uses, functions, and terms, and by using it every day, I've fallen in love with its functionality; as I mentioned, making my life and our team easy. It really is applicable for workflow for teams.
