We drive our Sales Commission calculation within the tool by streamlining commission processes, maintaining HR data, distributing plan documentation, statement release and payroll submission (integrated with our Finance system).

  • ability to accommodate a wide range of commission structures.
  • The dashboard is clean and straightforward, making it easy to track commissions, performance metrics, and goals without getting lost in a sea of unnecessary features.
  • Maintaining Hierarchies can become difficult throughout the fiscal year if you have a multi-layered commissions model. My team would benefit from a smoother mechanism to update/maintain hierarchies in the system.
  • Special characters are not supported in the tool and that can become a problem given we use the system globally.
  • Game changer if the system allowed more customization on the people object.

Our organization employs tiered rates, quota-based incentives, or a combination of various models and we use the system for all of that. This flexibility is invaluable, as it allows us to tailor commission plans to align with unique sales strategies and goals.
By Automating the Payroll submission process we ensure a smooth, flawless submission, with no 3rd parties involved.
Significantly increased our internal Audit results and helped keep SOX Controls in place.
The questions requires an answer- cannot skip.

Currently there are no features that foster user collaboration and community engagement. It's a one-person type of thing which can cause lots of roadblocks.
Auditing the tool is almost impossible. You need to build a manual auditing model offline.
