Proofing Software For Anyone and Everyone

We used Ziflow to proof all of our ads and copy. We started using it for proofing emails and web pages as well. When you use Ziflow, it is also an extension of Adobe products which streamlines the revision process. You can also see side by side comparison of the versions uploaded.

Ziflow was especially important during quarantine and with remote employees in general. It's a relatively simple software that can be utilized on the go. With so many remote positions now, it's nice to have something you can all use to collaborate and stay on top of proofs with. Knowing the stage someone is in through the proofing process is helpful as well.

You can see everyone's comments and reply directly to them so, which cuts down on the revisions. You can also see who has approved it and who approves with changes, etc. So that helps everyone know where you are at in the process and what else is needed. You can also pick up on revisions where someone else left off if needed. Like if they were out sick and needed you to finish an ad, you can get on Ziflow and see what needs to be done.
