Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Ziflow to proof all of our ads and copy. We started using it for proofing emails and web pages as well. When you use Ziflow, it is also an extension of Adobe products which streamlines the revision process. You can also see side by side comparison of the versions uploaded.

GoProof

Ziflow has more options and the ability to see side-by-side comparisons of proofs, and the use of the plug-in is enough to convince me to use Ziflow instead. It's more user-friendly and shares the progress of proofs, and is just a better software option. I would choose Ziflow every time.

Ziflow has come a long way and is proving itself useful in many different aspects. I cannot think of an instance where it wouldn't be fitting. Any ads, emails, and web pages have to be reviewed before being published, so doing so with Ziflow simplifies the process and holds you accountable by displaying the stage of the proofing process you are in.
