Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We were using separate social media planning apps before but now without paying separately we can do social media sharing, track our posts and directly convert leads as potential clients. We could not do it before when we used any other apps for social media.
  • We can do social media posts in every platform.
  • We can track all effects and get new leads from social media easily.
  • We can answer all comments easily, before we were checking each post every day if we have new comments.
  • We still can not share Instagram stories.
  • Sometimes it is disconnecting from social media account and we need to re-connect it.
  • We are expecting to be able to share longer videos and it can automatically share it in parts.
8 - Time is very important for us. In corona century being online is deadly important for any company in the real estate market. We are making social media posts, sharing it on Zoho Social, following all comments and potential leads there and getting change to convert them to be our clients for the future.

  • We are saving lots of time and human resource to follow social media.
  • We can track our potential clients much better.
We were using Salesforce but it was very expensive and we started to search for other alternatives because for every extra specification we need they continued to charge extra. Zoho Social is part of a system called Zoho One and we don't need to pay extra for any extra specifications that we need.
Zoho Social made our lives easier to post, track and convert leads to potential clients. We were not expecting that much but honestly it gave us a good asset to follow everything on social media platforms. In future versions we are also expecting some new features like sharing stories on Instagram.
