Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We're using Zoho Social to manage the social media management for a Healthcare transportation company based in the US. Our team is geographically spread across various time zones and Zoho Social is extremely useful when coordinating social media posts across multiple accounts and stakeholders. We love the dashboard and ease of integration.

Simple, ease user interface. Required little or no training for staff.
Very prompt response. We had an issue with the invitation process and we got a response within a few hours even though we were on a free trial.
It's great if you have a 5+ marketing team managing various social aspects. Bit of an overkill if you're single person team.
