Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

At lavillaebella we use Zoho Social to coordinate all our promotion efforts across the various channels, ie fb, insta and LinkedIn. Zoho is easy to use, user friendly and quite intuitive. The functionality and layout are great! The ability to post at a later stage, with various sub-option included is very useful. Overall we are very happy with Zoho :-)

  • the fact that only 4 photos attached on fb is limiting .... other apps allow for 10
  • saved time to focus on core business
I have selected Zoho Social because of the value for money combination I believe it has. Also, because it does not make me go to the mobile version in order to make posts on instagram, but rather I can program them all through my personal computer. Similar programs I tried did not offer this functionality.

I have not used the overall support for Zoho Social so I do not know exactly what it is offered.
However, the explanations next to buttons are very useful and well described and this allows for a seamless easy use of Zoho Social and allows you to progress easily and learn it fast
Scenario 1: wanting to post on facebook and instagram and linkedin
Scenario 2: wanting to be able to schedule posts
Scenario 3: Finding interesting links on google, et cetera, and creating drafts with the Zoho icon to complete the posts at a later stage. So, you have all material you like together, rather than making notes or bookmarking or anything similar.
