Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I absolutely love this app as it helps me a lot to organise. With this app, I can use social media channels in one go and have the information in one place. It is time-saving as I do not need to go from one social media channel to another. It is easy to set up and maintain, and I prefer it to other similar apps.

I love the logic behind the setup. It is easy for me to understand and follow the instructions. I also love the pricing, because we are a small business and cannot afford to spend hundreds of pounds on a programme. It is also great that it neatly works with the other Zoho products, making office work more efficient. I hope that over time we will reap the benefit of it.

I was trying several similar programs. Not all offered a free trial without signing up or leaving credit card numbers which I do not like.
With Zoho, you can sign up and try the program with all its features. Once the trial is done, you can extend or are put on the free option, which is very basic but often enough (depending on your business needs).
Have not used the support for Zoho Social, but usually, their support is very good, and their response is fast.
The free plan is sufficient if you just intend to post on various channels and nothing more.
However, if you want to incorporate it into your day-to-day work, you might need one of the paid plans.
You can already do a lot with the standard subscription. e.g. content scheduling and planning. And you have a calendar for an overview of your post.
The higher the plan, the more you can do, obviously.
