Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We chat with a lot of non-profit organizations overseas. We first started investigating video conferencing services when security in China became more and more challenging to us, trying to reach our partners. Within the organization, only the program team uses it regularly, as they're most often in contact with our partners overseas. We had been frequently using Skype (and I still use that on occasion), but we wanted something more robust, with better connectivity than Skype, which is where Zoom entered the scene.

No, I don't use Zoom Rooms yet.
Zoom does have a price tag, but it's much more robust in the interface, scheduling, connectivity, and abilities to have multiple people on the call. There's less confusion, so you can collaborate and communication a lot easier than if you were on Skype. We still use Skype, but only for select times.
