Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Video Webinar
We use Zoom as a way to integrate incoming team members to our organization. We also do remote conferencing and workshops, which we use Zoom to coordinate multiple people in different locations. It has been a great tool for us to connect with professionals in our field over great distances. We are a rural organization and this helps us to stay connected.

- Coordinating our schedules is very easy to do with Zoom.
- Video conferencing with multiple users is extremely easy to use and view.
- Sharing screens and documents is super useful.
- Helping people use it for the first time is a bit time consuming.
- Sometimes the emails for scheduled Zoom calls do not come in or the conference number doesn't work.
- Having a side chat session that is easy to use would be helpful.
- We have not had any issues with negative impact on our objectives.
Zoom has the best multi-user support, audio and visual quality. Compared to Google Hangouts, the audio and ease of use is better. Compared to GoToMeeting, the scheduler is easier to use and integrates better with Google. We use FaceTime every now and then, which of course doesn't have the multi-user support like Zoom.
