Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We currently use is as a database for lead generation.
- Easy to find a prospect or company if you have the name.
- Integration with HubSpot works really well.
- Integration with LinkedIn is also very handy.
- (Potentially) Can give a plethora of information about a prospect.
- Information can be inaccurate.
- "Lead Quality" feature can leave out contacts that actually have correct information.
- Contacts job titles are often incorrect, even if contact information isn't.
- Cut time down on lead generation significantly.
