Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
Sales and client partners (growth department) currently utilize ZoomInfo to gather information about current and prospective clients. This is used on both new pursuits and on current clients to keep track of employee financials, executive leadership movements, new initiatives, and more. This saves us time and resources when conducting research.
- Access to almost all companies that match our target profile
- Integrations with Salesforce are smooth and functionality is robust
- Reachout tool is amazing
- Contact information can be inaccurate occasionally
- Intelligence/scoops are often stale or incorrect
- Decrease research time
Much more robust, however Crunchbase has access to corporate reports, which is useful. If ZoomInfo could pull relevant info from 10ks, that would be awesome.
