Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Here at Maxwell, the sales team uses ZoomInfo on a daily basis. ZoomInfo allows the sales team to work more efficiently - giving us the direction needed when prospecting a company - knowing we are reaching the right people and having access to contact info has been a tremendous help.

  • Provides contact info
  • Tells us if we already have the contact in our CRM to avoid duplicates
  • Updated contact info/current positions
  • Importing cells manually I think due to our plan
  • Maybe integrate with LinkedIn

When I am prospecting a company - ZoomInfo allows for me to make a widespread outreach across different departments. Having employees below the manager level sometimes helps to verify we are in the correct company.
