Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Our company uses ZoomInfo to cross-reference prospects that fit our criteria and might be a good fit [by] offering our program to their employees. Also, ZoomInfo [is] used to find brokers that can be great partners [by] helping to open doors with their clients.
  • Fairly accurate data on contact information
  • Updates on companies
  • Easy to use
  • Specifically for our search, the employee range size is too vague for us. We can usually get the exact number of employees at a company when we export the companies' info, but that's having to do more work than needed.
  • Wish credits rolled over, especially during slow months
  • The "Update a company/contact button" is not as easily recognizable as it previously was in DiscoverOrg

  • We have an increase in targeted contacts that are the correct leads
Zoominfo is a great platform [for] finding key prospects that we'd like to target. The search criteria helps us narrow down HQ locations [which] is a huge help in removing outside US contacts that will dirty our database.
