Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

ZoomInfo SalesOS helps me fill in the missing gaps with contacts not in our current database. New contacts are updated and added all the time which is invaluable for me building out our account profiles. I estimate 50% of my opportunities were found using ZoomInfo SalesOS. The platform is also amazing with the ability to link and directly add new leads or contacts into our CRM this saves a tremendous amount of time and increases accuracy while eliminating duplicates. The contact database is rich and accurate with the ability to easily filter to find the most relevant prospect by industry, geography, company size, revenue etc. It's I think the best tool out there for finding new business. Lastly, I can only add the training and support are outstanding.

Job titles, Time at company, Industry, Location, size of company, revenue of company. I do not use the scoops info for my role.
This is one of the biggest key features for me because I used to have to manually type in new contacts to the CRM and it was tedious and inaccurate. Even using the CSV upload sheet was somewhat helpful in speeding up adding to prospects to the CRM but the ability to directly export as a lead or contact our CRM is fantastic I can more than double my outreach this way.

Navigator for me was less useful and more difficult to implement also it was expensive for the value I received.
ZoomInfo SalesOS is well-suited for sales prospecting but I think it could be used in all types of outreach from employment searches to research papers. Fundraising is the only scenario I can think of where it may be less appropriate.
