Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

We use ZoomInfo SalesOS to get accurate contact info from decision makers in our target markets. This helps our BDR team be more productive in their outreach and ultimately book more demos. It also helps ensure we have accurate email addresses for email marketing purposes. Finally, we use this data to do extremely targeted advertising campaigns on social media using email matching from business email addresses.

  • Ability to export contacts to Hubspot from mobile app

The most unique thing about ZoomInfo SalesOS is really just the quantity and accuracy of the data in the database. It is without a doubt what separates ZoomInfo Sales OS from competing tools in the market.

ZoomInfo Sales OS also has Intent data that is claimed to be the best in the business, although we found the added price not to be worth it.
Setting up integration with our HubSpot CRM was a simple matter of a few clicks. We had to map records from one platform to the other, but this took maybe all of 5 minutes to setup. We have not integrated ZoomInfo with any other tools at the moment.

Ultimately, ZoomInfo's data is simply more reliable and abundant than every other product that we tested. This comes at a premium with ZoomInfo compared to the other products, but it is well worth it. That said, the other products are making good strides, and ZoomInfo will need to continue to evolve and improve its product to remain the leader in this space moving forward.
ZoomInfo is well suited for B2B companies with extensive prospecting teams (BDR/SDR) and who have a reasonably large average deal value, and a good sized budget. ZoomInfo is not particularly well suited (currently) for companies that operate on an a tight budget as the entry level pricing is considerably higher than similar tools in the market.
