Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

I have found ZoomInfo SalesOS to be a comprehensive sales and marketing intelligence tool that provides me with access to a vast database of companies and their contact information.
I typically use it as a lead generation tool to help me identify and generate leads using the contact info for potential customers. I have found it to also provide me with valuable insights into target accounts, offering information on key decision-makers. Additionally, it helps me with my market segmentation by industry, location, size, etc...Zoominfo has proved to enrich my CRM, which has helped me stay up-to-date with accurate information about the companies. The ZoomInfo platform has also helped me stay competitive by providing me with insights into the competition whether by tracking their activities, mentions etc.. which has also helped me prioritize my leads and prospect engagement.
It is a must for any organization - with an excellent ROI.

  • Zoominfo University - I would appreciate a more one on one training over the course of the contract.
  • Customer Relationship - I feel there is some inconsistency, I get a renewal message from 4 different people claiming to be my account manager - and yet I know none of them. No one has reached out to ensure my success with ZI over the course of the year.
I find Contact information, Firmographics,technographics, intent data, job role and function, news and events, and competitor data to be the most effective in growing my customer base. ZoomInfo assists by providing me with direct dials if need be, org charts, advanced search and filtering options and a wonderful integration with SalesForce. They have real time updates and provide me with marketing signals as well!
I love the ZoomInfo and SalesForce integration - Match made in Tech Heaven!

ZoomInfo always offers a more comprehensive dataset, including contact info for individuals and detailed firmographic data about companies. ZI offers a broader set of features and is used for a wide range of use cases, and is more expensive than the rest.
ZoomInfo is very well suited when it comes to business intelligence as well as finding the right contact (although some info is outdated, and not all companies are included) ZoomInfo is never less appropriate - there is always something thatto learn from the platform.
