We have a hybrid environment for a few departments so we use ActivTrak to track their productivity on their work-from-home days and it provides a clear analysis between the productive vs non-productive times during their work days. We have less than 10 people that we monitor so I'm not sure how well-suited the system is or if there are any better options for larger companies. It certainly suits our needs though.Incentivized
Board is a useful tool with a great set of features. We migrated from human apps to board and we find it relatively fast in search results and better-managed threads and forums. There are some areas, such as UI and interactions which could be improved but overall a great product. The learning section is also pretty good.
Detailed listings of actions at times. done by the second in many cases, very useful.the productive/unproductive listings allow managers at a glance to see their employees use of timeSnapshots ( when properly utilized) are very helpful in troubleshooting, strange, occurrences, as well as they're used by Human resources.The IT help desk is very efficient. log in to your portal, bottom right, and in minutes your talking to someone.Incentivized

Automatic time zones using the time zone of the device, to remove the constant need to change time zone per report.Would be useful if you could define websites/applications directly from the top websites/application page instead of being redirected.There have been problems with the monitoring application showing as not installed or detected on a machine that has it installed which is fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the software. However, it is hard to identify user machines that have stopped working. We used to receive emails about PCs that have stopped reporting but not anymore.Incentivized
Board BI tool has a steep learning curve and can be challenging for a new user to reach to board's full capacity.We have to use a windows scheduler to schedule data import tasks; it would be great if Board could provide its own scheduler.
We are in agreement that the tool is very handy as a security companion. The system collects and retain relevant historical data to be queried when you desire e.g. in security reviews once a week.Incentivized
Board is a fantastic product for swift BI solution delivery when compared with its peers. Ease of use, support and integration with Microsoft Office Addin open a wide horizon of opportunities for further enhancements to solutions. ActivTrak is a great product that just keeps growing. Having used it for quite some time, we have been able to see ActivTrak grow and evolve as a product. The ActivTrak webinars are also helpful to get to know and learn the product. ActivTrak really just works with little effort needed after the initial installation Incentivized
From a user perspective, Board is quite simple to use. Youcan evaluate the presentation of the data, the navigation, the configuration ofthe users, the selection of the data etc ... It would have a better rating ifit were even more intuitive as regards the construction of a project, startingfrom the database, to the info-cubes, to entities, to data acquisitionprocedures from other servers.Incentivized

Support is always fast and the agents are ready at all times to help when an issue arises, if the tier 1 agent isn't able to provide a solution to the issue they're asked about they quickly escalate the issue to tier 2 or 3 to ensure that the appropriate support is given to the issue at hand to have it quickly solved. No issue we've had so far has taken more than two days to be solved.Incentivized
The only time I needed assistance was due to a problem inthe prints: the colors of the brochures as they were on the screen were notreproduced in the print, but a series of standard colors were reproduced. Thisfact made colored numbers on a colored background illegible. From theassistance they confirmed that it was a problem of version 10.2 that occurredwhen leaving the brochures with the default colors proposed by Board. To obtainthe desired colors, they had to be personalized ... I didn't like the solutionvery much and the technician who recommended it didn't like me either, but theywould have solved the problem with the following versions. In any case, theassistance was quick and effective even if not exactly efficient.Incentivized
Board is fairly simple and straight forward. Advance training on workflows and procedures is a good one but the training content only touches through the interesting areas. training content needs to cover a few areas more in-depth Incentivized

The problem of user profiling in our context is certainlyquite complex. The complexity is given by the fact that the company is dividedterritorially into logistic points of sale, but at the same time they arevirtually divided into divisions (or specific implementation areas) and pointsof sale of competence. The same operator can have access to data at differentlogistic sales points, sales points of competence and divisions.Incentivized
Systrak was purchased as an application performance monitoring system but it's usage morphed into user activity tracking once the pandemic hit and everyone went home to work. Even though it did provide a good bit of data about user activities, the data collection was on the client and was not accessible if the client machine was not on and connected to a network. The agent was also not as stable at ActivTrak so there were frequently large gaps of time in the user reports which was not accounted for. This made the system unusable for employee consultations and HR activities.
Board has been more complete when compared to Anaplan. Although I didn't participate in the buying decision of any of those products I have used both and by far Board just has more features. It's more than a CPM, it's BI and CPM put together. If I had to make a choice now it would be Board.
The product's overall scalability is good as our team grows. We would like to see updates to meet market demands.Incentivized
