Bomgar is probably one of the best support/Unattended remote access solutions out there. LogMeIn is a close second. However, the cost of both these solutions can be daunting. However, a third option, Jump Desktop, is slick since it uses a propriety 'fluid' streaming protocol …
Hands down Chrome Remote Desktop is the best option available if you find yourself mobile and without access to a laptop/PC. In some cases, I would say that this application outperforms the native Windows Remote Desktop application. However, there are some features missing, …

Compared to competitors, Rescue excels in the speed of connection and file transfers it offers. However, it's management and organization leaves much to be desired.
Have used TeamViewer, Bomgar, GoToAssist, GoToMeeting. LogMeIn Rescue is a light application that is easy to use in comparison to the other competitors. However, it's a bit pricey.
It is has been used in the industry for several years and has been adopted by most companies as the sole source of systems troubleshooting for Tier 1 -3 support.
