Demandbase is the best platform for all companies in my opinion. The platform is very easy to use so it would be well-suited for a company new to ABM but also robust enough for a company well in to their ABM journey. Demandbase offers all of the features and modules needed to run ABM campaigns and demonstrate ROI

LeadLander is great for sales reps who are looking for additional insights when attempting to get the right message to the right audience at the right time via the right medium. Nevertheless, the tool is basically fairly simplistic in terms of what you get. Data is delivered via email and can be tailored in terms of frequency and territory, but the overall information presented is fairly simple. The links to websites visited and accompanying information pertaining to frequency and duration are incredibly helpful. Nevertheless, if you have a lot of users visiting sites that utilize a free version of your tool, care is required to ensure that your messaging is not falling on deaf ears. Overall, the tool is very useful for accomplishing awareness of baseline insights pertaining to prospective clientele visiting your company's website in order to craft more meaningful messaging.
Read full review Pros The account selection tool does a good job of ranking accounts by criteria. You can sort your target accounts by intent, size, industry, surging traffic or interest, or combinations of factors. The retargeting tool allows for personalized ads at scale. Without having to create hundreds or thousands of creative sets, you can dynamically customize ads to speak to your prospects by name. Demandbase's reporting provides great visualizations of the impact of your marketing efforts. You can see from first touch to closed business how deals were influenced by your efforts. Read full review Leadlander has an excellent database of IP addresses. Often the address is registered to some unknown cable company but leadlander seems to identify them. Leadlander is well designed and intuitive to use. Leadlander captures page data and referral that we wouldn't otherwise have. Read full review Cons Under the "highlighted" section there are only 6 accounts to see. It would be nice to have more than 6. The engagement is rated in "minutes" while that's not really what is being scored. It's a little confusing as to how their engagement is scored. It would be nice to be able to mute or hide of some contacts that we have already spoken to so that it opens space for other prospects. Overall happy with the product Read full review Be able to see the people in addition to the accounts. Integrate with our tech stack (it may but it's not a feature I am currently aware of). Better matching of IP addresses. Daniel McHugh

We expect to see good success in creating personalized experiences using Demandbase. This has allowed us to create industry specific visitor site experience as well as account specific site experience. This is expected to lead to higher conversion on the site. Therefore, we are very much likely to continue to use it.

Currently, we have not went out to look for another tool because we are happy with LeadLanders' performance. If we were to be approached by any of their competitors, we would look to investigate the difference and similarities between the tools. In the past, we used a tool that provided images and steps taken to show the route a prospect takes and I found that to be very interesting.

Demandbase does have a learning curve, but once you get into it, the platform becomes very easy to use overall. I had a couple of sessions with our reps to have training sessions. After I was established, the only time I need help is with updates to the platform.

I don't deal a whole lot with the customer support, focused more on the use of it but from my experience, it's been fine. They've replied to my issues in a timely manner, never more than a day. The advertising team might be another story but I can't speak directly to that.

The consultant did a fantastic job in integrating Demandbase with Adobe Insight so we could leverage it to full potential. We also customized the industry groups specific to our company.

Demandbase has its own intent data, and we can also integrate other party intent data like Bombora, but that is optional. We like their office hours so that we do not need to spend an extra dollar to get expert help. The price point is also very justified for everything we get from it.

ActOn also provides website analytics, however if we have a contact in our CRM - it will tell us each morning if that specific contact visited our website rather than just a company name. It is interesting to note that both ActOn and Leadlander often have different results and companies. I'm not sure why there is a discrepancy, however overall, both tools are fairly comparable.
Read full review Return on Investment Demandbase has helped me close business by focusing my lead generation efforts on companies that I know are interested in my services or use products that I consult on At Salesforce.com, I used Demandbase to alert sales about companies that are "actively" looking at our products, which led to faster close times and increased revenues Read full review Our Demand Generation team primarily uses this tool and has been wildly successful! Their entire office area is covered in wins, including amounts. One of the larger deals found on LeadLander was 4.2 million. A current opportunity is set at 2.5 million. I think the ROI speaks for itself with those deals. Read full review ScreenShots
