Provides the best candidate experience, is mobile friendly, scheduling is integrated with google calendar, great scorecard/feedback system that provides transparency and integrates with many vendors. Additionally it allows you to capture all communication on the candidate.
While we're still implementing Onboarding it has so far been a great experience seeing how all our systems will integrate providing our employees with a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
These are different solutions for different types of company. SuccessFactors is an enterprise solution, while Hibob is a product more fitting for a startup or a scale up
