Chose HubSpot CRM
Because unlike Trello the user cannot track the Emails or Calls sent to the customer/client. It makes it easier for the user to use the CRM for creating task, call, meeting and notes. Moreover it other CRMs do not link to Social Media accounts automatically but with HubSpot CRM …
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is good for our specific purposes, but only once we customize the system. monday.com and Trello allow for a user friendly experience but have slight limitations to their CRMS when it comes to customization.
Chose HubSpot CRM
It is more sales-focused and has more robust features that integrate with other areas of our business, such as the website, marketing, and automating tasks and follow-up emails. The other apps required more work as CRMs, whereas Hubspot seemed more plug-and-play.
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is way easier to navigate, customize, and train even the less tech-savvy individuals on our team. It's simple to use and the overall organization is unmatched. It's easy and quick to get where I need to go to find companies and contacts I need to reach out to. It's …
Chose HubSpot CRM
i don't have a point of comparison, I only use Hubspot
Chose HubSpot CRM
Clearly focused on core CRM and small and medium size organization requirements. It's easy to get started with the free / low cost options and expand usage when your own business grows. No need for high upfront investments. Also it's much less complex than some bigger platforms …
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is by far the easiest to learn and manage. Great support team and is ready to help with any questions. We really enjoy all of the features that are offered in HubSpot!
Chose HubSpot CRM
It all comes down to the User interface, user experience, and ease of customisation I have selected HubSpot in the past after reviewing multiple options because it was often cheaper but had a UX that my team and staff would actually use. Salesforce does have the most advanced …
Chose HubSpot CRM
We liked the available features for the cost and time to set up.
Chose HubSpot CRM
allows integration with other tools (Gmail, calendar, etc.) allows more customization than all of them. Creation and integration of lists. Horizontal and group use for the whole company. Improved performance and resource optimization [Allow integrating] calls and emails, …
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot has a more customisable approach and significantly less errors than the CRMs I've used in the past. To be able to log in, and know that I can get on with my day is a blessing. Knowing you don't have to spend time each day troubleshooting recurring issues is a delight.
Chose HubSpot CRM
Compared to Wrike, it is much more user-friendly. It has multiple levels of dropdowns and different ways to view the stats or timelines you're working in. Wrike did not provide these features and made it very confusing to track where each project was. Also, HubSpot CRM creates …
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot does everything Pipedrive does plus a whole lot more. Really is no comparison.
Chose HubSpot CRM
Currently starting with service hub after deploying sales starter, marketing starter, and enterprise sales
Chose HubSpot CRM
More options and more integration to 3rd party apps.
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is more comprehensive in features but not as good as Pipedrive on automation and pipeline management.
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot was MUCH more easy to manage, teach, and execute. It saved time, added lots of resources to the team, and helped bring oil to the digital marketing strategies. Eloqua was more complex in an unnecessary way for my teams throughout the time I have needed a marketing …
Chose HubSpot CRM
Hubspot CRM is much simpler than other CRMs I have used. We use the free version of Hubspot right now because it came with our subscription. I think SFDC is a better overall tool, but it isn't effective if you have bad SFDC administrators. Ultimately the ease of use of the …
Chose HubSpot CRM
We were using Capsule before HubSpot and we also evaluated Infusionsoft. HubSpot CRM has the best user interface by far and is also the best value for money...seeing as it's free. Capsule was ugly, and didn't have half of the capabilities that HubSpot has. Infusionsoft was …
Chose HubSpot CRM
Some are too basic, others are stupidly complex (fine in the right environment though) but Hubspot works well for us.
Trello
Chose Trello
Trello is a great tool for collaboration and has a lot of features for integrating other applications. Team members can then collaborate on the various cards on each board, and tag each other when necessary. It focuses more on working on tasks from a user experience …
Chose Trello
Trello is better than the other two mentioned in my opinion because of its flexibility as a tool, as well as its price (or lack thereof). We used the other two tools for a while before Trello and left them because of pricing (having to pay per user or per project) and because …

So there was a deal I was not able to find in all pipelines, basically in all deals view. Then I shifted it to a deals stages-wise view. It helped me understand how many deals I have in follow-up stages to keep following up on time. I will not miss any follow-ups, especially the ones that are very important to take. So that's what I like about HubSpot: they have views.

It is well suited to my job requirements as I bring employees in, and I help offboard them as well. This tool helps me when I need to make sure all items are completed by a certain time frame, so I would say it holds us accountable. Someone who doesn't manage a group of people may not find this as useful when dealing with others but could use it for their own accountability when needing to track their accomplishments.

Pros
HubSpot
  • Easy-to-use platform, simple navigation, and data entry that creates a good user experience.
  • Integrations with critical software and platforms across all arms of our business.
  • In-depth analytics that provides clear data on staff and organizational performance (i.e., revenue and sales tracking).
  • Logging of communication to easily refer back to previous emails/calls/etc, including call recording, which is also useful for compliance and training.

  • It helps make various workspaces. Each workspace can be used for a different set of task management and can be shared with the people involved.
  • Creating task lists. We can create various task lists, the list title could be the status of the task, for example, In progress, approval, completed, etc. You can slide your task cards from one list title to another.
  • Trello cards have a huge set of features like adding the heading and description of the task, you can also attach certain associated links and documents to the cards as well.

Cons
HubSpot
  • There are some limitations on report building. They need to have more options to add to the x/y axis
  • There needs to be a more simple amount of time zones. They don't just have one per time zone currently which doesn't make a ton of sense.
  • It seems to go out a lot. It usually doesn't take long for it to be fixed but still concerning seeing how I need it or else I can't do my job.

  • Allow tables as content for comment or description in Cards
  • Assign priority to certain cards (easy for sorting)
  • Create an open invite link for others to join/view the Trello board, without edit rights (so people don't need to install/use Trello if they want a quick glance on what's going on)

To be honest there are some barriers due to which we are unable to use Hubspot at it's full potentials. The region that we work in has some restrictions that don't allow us to make calls or text which leaves us to just Email to the client.

I am very likely to renew Trello, because it doesn't cost anything to do so. I am also very likely to use Trello's upgraded features in the future because a lot of my team's data is stored on there and they have already gotten used to the platform. Trello is very easy for new team members to pick up, making the onboarding and usability very streamlined.

Usability
HubSpot
I think the usability is great. I am able to train a new agent with zero experience in our process with HubSpot in a day or less. They can be proficient in using HubSpot quickly, the way I've designed it to work, in less than a week. I am able to load new leads, set calling campaigns, and start prospecting quickly. I've even had to call customer service for help, and they were super helpful.

Overall, Trello is a great tool to use. It's very user-friendly, very powerful and we've set it up to work well for our team. I've recommended it to others who need something free or very cheap and it's worked well for them too. If you're wanting something with more muscle, then I'd suggest looking at either monday.com or Airtable.

HubSpot
Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.

I haven't had much need to contact their support because the product is easy to use and pretty bug-free. I did reach out to them about swimlanes and I was able to find the information I needed very quickly and it was thorough and accurate information about current functionality. I love that they use their own product. That's always a good sign.

If you've had any prior experience with cloud based marketing automation or group communication tools, you can do the implementation without paid outside support. Though getting to a SLA (service level agreement) would be best achieved with the help of a third party who can facilitate

For our small business, getting a few of us started well on Trello was the key, I think. As long as a couple of us were really comfortable with the interface, we could lead others and help them with any questions. From now on, anyone who works with us just naturally uses Trello for information sharing - it's just part of what we do.

Salesforce requires a lot of in-depth knowledge both to implement and to manage. I found it to be quite clunky and there was an additional overhead for any marketing functionality, that wasn't up to par. Whilst Zoho had some good features, in practice the CRM was difficult to manage, customer support was non-existent, and like Salesforce, required 3rd party support agents in order make simple changes. comparison, HubSpot allows the user to make many changes themselves such as adding and mapping properties, and also has excellent customer service. Combined with a well-rounded offer in terms of marketing, analytics and a good CRM, HubSpot stands out as the clear winner.

Trello is easy for a non-technical person to use. Other management systems, like MS Project, frighten away less computer-savvy users. I've found this to be instrumental in getting volunteers to agree to step in and get fully involved with projects--particularly those that might span the entire year or involve many different pieces to completion.

  • HubSpot is great for tracking deals - we use the deal pipeline to understand the part of the lifecycle that each and every deal is currently in. It also provides good historical information.
  • The contacts section is great for storing and managing engaged users for our mailing list. We utilise this feature with the free version.
  • The customisable dashboard is a great feature that enables you to keep the most important information on the home screen at log-in

  • Trello keeps me organized, focused, and on track. I could filter the Trello board to only see my issues and understand what I needed to work on and when.
  • Trello helped our team implement an agile structure. It's a very simple kanban method of viewing all of your team's tasks and statuses. You can completely customize the columns to your team's specific workflow and create tags relevant to your work.
  • Trello helps reduce unnecessary communications between teams. When I want to request translations, I simply create a card on the localization Trello board -- no need to directly message anyone on the team, and I can watch the status of the card change from "in progress" to "in review" to "translated," all without having to directly ask for updates.
