NetBase is another tool but it does provide advanced sentiment analysis and ease of platform digging. I would recommend it to a client.
NetBase's Facebook capabilities are pretty limited, which I did not find to be an issue in Radian 6. Beyond that, I would recommend NetBase over Radian 6 - adhoc reporting is much easier.

The only other system we would consider would be Radian6. The reason NetBase won our business is because Radian6 has not updated its software as frequently as NetBase.

NetBase has access to the Twitter fire hose, gathering more data for the platform than Google Analytics, Tracx, and Adobe does. Crimson Hexagon has better visuals and deeper linguistics analysis. CH also seems to have a more accurate sentiment analysis, which can be customized.
