Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

BlueJeans is very easy to use for new users. UX is very good. It's less appropriate if you have many lectures recorded and what to share these recorded videos to many other people. There is no way how to limit video viewers (like password protect).

BlueJeans, being a paid only application, is better suited for mid-sized and large companies but may not be appropriate for small enterprises or for informal meetings. In other words, it would be best suited to have a meeting of the Board of Directors or your team meetings but may not be suitable to have an informal chat with your friends and family.

BlueJeans is well suited for all type of users, especially if they are not tech savvy. The interface is good—you have only the options and controls you need. It is friendly and is cost effective. It's really hard to find a place where you cannot use it. Tech support is good. For large webinars, you need to buy BlueJeans for webinar.

BlueJeans works excellently as a collaborative webinar tool for meetings with an excellent way of handing off just a meeting ID and simple instructions to a group for use and, as with most programs of this type, managing your offsite attendees audio and video can be challenging. If there were an option to disable interaction and then later enable it, that would be an excellent addition.

BlueJeans is appropriate for any virtual meeting. I think that the ability of BlueJeans to record meetings really expands its use, because then if attendees cannot attend the meeting, they can view the content at a later date. There really is not a scenario that I can envision that BlueJeans would not be appropriate.

Security and US built is first and foremost for us. Our IP is extremely sensitive and valuable. Ability to integrate our calls into our small business-focused CRM could be better, but less of an issue right now and hopefully the solution will mature to allow us to do that. The integration with our calendaring is super easy within Outlook, but clunky with Superhuman.com which is the email app we use for superb productivity gains - that is their issue, not yours and have raised that and working to resolve directly with them.

Law firms like ours have to be very careful when selecting software partners, for security and confidentiality reasons, and BlueJeans checked all of those boxes.

Given that Zoom and MS Teams have wider usage, it is sometimes hard to get clients and opposing counsel to use it. We are hoping that Verizon's purchase of BlueJeans leads to it being more competitive with those so that we don't run into issues.

BJ as a communication tool works well between countries, but call-in phone option is limited to a few countries only. If that can be improved and call-in function [is made available] free to demanding countries it will be a good tool.
I recommend BJ because of its options and tools provided to end consumer, and quality of any call as experienced.

BlueJeans is good for large room conference. The audio quality is great, and really easy to use for users. Really great to share screen and PPTs. I have never had any trouble or issue using BlueJeans. Last update was really good. I cannot think of any scenario where it would not be appropriate.

BlueJeans is very good for education and meetings. Some of our clients have asked us to use this platform instead of Zoom because of security problems and the functionality is very similar. Compared with other alternatives like Teams or Meet, BlueJeans is a great alternative to Zoom.

I don't think BlueJeans is the best option for large audiences.

Having used BlueJeans for around 5 years or more now, I am used to the platform and quite like it, which is a disincentive to move to another. For our kind of company, with small teams spread across a country like India, where travel is rather time-consuming and expensive, BlueJeans is an ideal platform to communicate over video, particularly more so as we can connect in a variety of ways, from mobile devices to room systems. That being said, with the current pandemic and havoc it has created, some lack of certain features such as polling AND waiting room, etc. are glaring and have forced me to use some alternate platforms. I don't want to get into a place where I find I need to make a choice, so it would behoove BlueJeans to be more responsive to present-day needs. Currently, BlueJeans is no longer an innovator and hasn't even begun to play catch-up, which is a contrast to the scene a couple of years ago.

If someone is looking for the best audio quality or integration with a conference phone, I would recommend BlueJeans. I recommend it for the command center. Hard to recommend it otherwise, with so many cheaper and more popular options out there.

BlueJeans is well suited in an organisation that does not have control of the connecting devices due to having a vast number of platforms and technology that it supports. However, the lack of key in-meeting features such as 'raise hand' forces us to evaluate its competitor's services.

I work with people from all over Alaska, and I use a BlueJeans in every application. The only time it has been inappropriate would be in low-bandwidth scenarios. In those situations, I’ve still used the platform but on audio-only. Our district still maintains a teleconference subscription with another company but I’ve recommended getting rid of it because of this dual functionality with BlueJeans.

It has a very simple uncomplicated approach to conferencing. Speaking from my experience, BlueJeans is well suited to small dispersed teams who get together on a regular basis. It is very simple to send out a quick link and to have a chat with someone often replacing the phone call. Given we are very international this saves money. It also seems to work when we have large numbers of people either through the internet or by phone. I have been very impressed with the screen sharing--it always works at the touch of a button, which can't be said for all conferencing platforms.

Considering the current work/economic climate, being able to use BlueJeans for remote/out of area interviews with qualified candidates. It helps speed up the interviewing timeline and process by allowing us to video interview and screen share as needed.

Also, BlueJeans is suited to connect with distributed team members and groups who are all WFH.

It's less appropriate for work but still good functionally would be using it to connect with family and friends for HH, game nights, group chats, etc.
