Dialpad is a pandemic-resistant solution, with its computer and mobile applications it allows you to manage different telephone lines and even switch from your computer to mobile while talking to a customer without asking to hold on the line. With Dialpad, you don't have to worry about roaming charges.

We have received ample support from Dialpad when necessary. The service has been working well for us so the need for support is greatly reduced but still, we have got the support when necessary and have not faced any major issues as such while using Dialpad. Overall, their support department deserves kudos.

This person on Chat and phone support name ''ELRoy'' denied that I have a problem when transferring my calls to my office landline then when I gave him evidence of calls he first said weren't there, he tried to close chat by saying my team will contact you via email. When I called, he picked up and I asked him to transfer call to someone else, but he said there is no one else in the office at this hour. I asked him for a complaint form or email, he gave me support email to submit my complaint.
He answered all my question in a rude way.

I have never had direct contact with Dialpad support, but when I have asked our contact for help with Dialpad, she has gotten back to me quickly with answers if she did not know them and had to ask Dialpad. I appreciate the frequent updates that Dialpad does, which tells me that they care about improving their product. I also appreciate the newsletters that Dialpad sends out with helpful tips, information, and updates, which tells me they are striving to provide a good product to their customers.

I have not had any long-term issues with Dialpad but when I have had somewhat minor complaints, frustrations, or confusion I was not able to receive satisfactory responses. Some of the issues I have mentioned were things that I brought up to Dialpad's tech support but that they never provided any solutions for or explanations as to why the issues could not be fixed.

The support team is very helpful and friendly! They were very encouraging to us when we were trying to figure out if Dialpad would be the right service to use for us as we were trying to move to a platform with unlimited texting. They also helped us get our contacts moved over from Google Voice to Dialpad, which was a huge help (though we did not go through with a full official number port).

Dialpad Support was not amazing, but it was adequate. They responded in a timely manner and did work to help solve our issues. However, there were a lot of processes they clearly followed, which resulted in unnecessary communication. A lot of times, we'd get responses along the line of "Please try this article" or "Have you tried resetting this?" when we were looking for more advanced support. This was very frustrating, since we were expert users that had already tried other options and did ample research to attempt problem-solving.

My need for Dialpad support has been minimal, but whenever it has been required, Dialpad has delivered a great customer support experience. Knowledgeable reps and short hold times have combined to create an overall enjoyable resolution, getting me up and running within a reasonable time and back to where I need to be in my business.

I have not had a helpful interaction with Dialpad support. I haven't reached out much, but for a product with as many issues as Dialpad, they are not particularly proactive with support requests. Especially given that we can always use regular cell phones as a fall-through, we tend to work around Dialpad issues instead of trying to get a solution from the company.

I have not had to use their support yet, which to me, is a good thing. I use it every day, so the fact that I have not had to work with their support team yet means everything is working well for the most part. From what I have seen it is easy to contact their support team if you do need help.

It used to be fantastic; Dialpad came built-in with both phone and text support right in the console. However, they moved to a more standard web-based ticket-centric resolution problem which takes 24+ hours for response; unacceptable when your business communication needs are at hand. There is no way to call for immediate support and we haven't had any sort of direct communication from the company in the form of a sales representative for years.

Our needs for support have been almost non-existent. I think we had to call once to do something about a name of a person, or how it integrated with their G Suite, but beyond that, so much of what Dialpad offers is so intuitive that we just assign people accounts and they use the service.
