GoTo Meeting
Use it to meet online, have meetings. Discuss projects. It was just an online communication tool that we decided to try out way before covid. It was the alternative to Skype at that time and we were using it to collaborate on different project scopes as some of our contractors were working out of the office.

GoToMeeting At Your Desk
Our office typically uses GoToMeeting because our clients would schedule web conferences using this application. Using GoToMeeting really helps save time & expenses in traveling away from the office to meet with others on the project team. Now we can meet each other in our own offices and share digital files in our network computers for team members outside of our offices to view.
- GoToMeeting does a great job in allowing all meeting participants to interact with each other using the internet to share information on the screen. This saves a step in having to send emails with attachments to team members.
- GoToMeeting offers Internet users the ability to talk to each other within the same web conference without having to call into a conference line.
- GoToMeeting allows participants to mark up information on the screen for all participants to review.
- GoToMeeting should offer a zoom-screen feature so when documents shared on the screen are too small, each participant can have an option to enlarge the screen view without impacting others in the conference.
- GoToMeeting should offer a feature where one participant can privately speak to another participant in the conference without all the other participants hearing the conversation.

Great & Easy to Use
This is a simple and easy way to keep in contact with your team since everyone is working remotely these days. It's very user-friendly and easy for new users to navigate. GoTo Meeting provides a lot of useful functions for our different teams. This also helps us easily share files with one another and present them if needed.

GoTo Meeting has been very helpful for us to set up meetings with old and new clients. It helped us to stay in touch with our team that has been working all over the USA and the best thing was how easy and smooth the onboarding process was. No Download Required!
We use GoTo Meeting for vendor meetings, most of those companies are not allowing in-person meetings. Our vendors have not been allowed to have in-person meetings for almost 2 years now. This allows us to collaborate and discuss detailed proposals with multiple companies at once. We typically use the product weekly, especially during busy planning times and more often before the implementation of new processes.
- Allows screening sharing and change of user during meetings.
- Allows many different attendees to call in, we haven't reach a max yet.
- It is fast and doesn't freeze.
- I think the chat feature could be improved to show a new comment has been added.
- Have more options to expand shared screen, sometimes it so small it is hard to read.

Business Efficiency & Enjoyable Client Experiences Are Delivered
We use GoToMeeting for all client calls and internal calls. We have used the features like screen sharing and chat to keep everyone on the same page during a call. The screen share is helpful so that clients can follow us through reports as well as integrate their employees into the conversation. We use Chat for large calls so that the presenter is able to stay on topic and others can jump in to answer any questions in the chat to not interrupt the flow of the call.
- Online meeting rooms allow you to have the same link for all meetings that are recurring. This helps for people using different platforms for their calendar as they can plug in the link and it will always be correct.
- Your connection status is helpful so you know when you may not have a great connection and need to switch locations or WiFi networks before you start a call. Catching this early means you aren't midway through a call and realize you're breaking up.
- Personal meeting rooms allow a more polished look for guests of a meeting. Your photo, title, and other business information are shown and can be a holding place for your guests which is a more professional setting.
- I would like the ability to leave a meeting without transferring the organizer role or having everyone kicked out. There have been a few items where I needed to restart my computer or plug in a different mic and I've had to tell everyone to leave and come back which isn't the best option for clients.
- I would like the ability to brand my personal meeting room better. If there was a place for the business logo and info, I think that would set us apart.
- When I mute a guest as the organizer, I have to unmute them as well if they want to speak. With 10+ people on a call, sometimes you just have to mute someone because of background noise but that person can't interject without the organizer unmuting them.

Making Meetings Easy
We use it for various training programs or meetings/interviews. It's user-friendly and serves all of the purposes we need in order to accomplish our tasks. Especially since COVID, platforms like this have been very useful. In comparison to some of the other ones available, I think I have known of this one longer and am most familiar with it. I think a lot of people could say the same.

We love using GoTo Meeting for our company as a way to communicate and meet with our clients. It is such a simple process to set up and easy to walk clients through no matter their level of technology use. We have tried many different programs and this is one of our favorites to use.

I use GoTo Meeting for conference calls with internal employees and clients. We use it daily in my company. It is very dependable. The service is always available. It is very easy to use to share screens and see what is happening. It makes virtual meetings a breeze. All our employees work remotely and this keeps us in touch with each other and makes collaboration easy. Supporting clients and being able to view what they see with screen sharing makes it a snap to do remote support.

- Being able to setup recurring meetings is the bomb.

GoTo Meeting is the one to beat
We use this app when communicating with external vendors who use GoTo Meeting as their primary collaboration platform which allows us to collaborate with vendors by sharing screens, apps, and whiteboard. GoTo Meeting makes these features easy to use and intuitive. I particularly like the whiteboard feature as it allows for easy abstract diagrams.

Collaboration Made Easy
GoTo Meeting is used by our organization when our clients (architects, engineers, building owners etc.) invite us to join meeting regarding projects we are servicing. It solves the issue of collaboration, especially during a time of Covid and necessary social distancing. We have seen a huge upspike in online meetings and we commonly need to attend meeting in order to organize project teams and relay information.
- Ease of joining hosted meeting.
- Screen Share is intuitive - Screen and applications separate.
- Host features are equal to if not better than competitor applications.
- Sending invite information could use more integrations.
- Would love to see a feature that enables you to send files in the chat bar.
- Could offer better pricing - especially for smaller groups.

GoTo Meeting allows us to connect in the meeting from anywhere while you are on the go and from any device including desktop, phone, and tablet. GoTo Meeting user interface is simple, intuitive, and provides you with excellent features such as screen sharing, drawing tools, custom background, presenter control, cloud-based recording, meeting lock, single sign-on, session encryption, and removing unwanted attendees. After the meeting, you can download transcriptions and content presented during the meeting. GoTo Meeting is used widely across each department in our organization.

GoTo Meeting is a strong player for hosting remote meetings
GoTo Meeting is used to carry out virtual meetings across project stakeholders and to carry out presentations with note-taking from participants. The recording feature is also used to document the results of meetings and action items for projects. This software solves the problem of sharing ideas across multiple locations and staff members.
- Scheduling of meetings.

- The recordings seem to have a limited time for accessing.
- Notes can be hard to associate with certain parts of the recordings.
- Additional users should be included in the base plan.

Simple, Easy to Use
GoTo Meeting is our default for continuing education for interior and contracted teams. It gives us an easy way to communicate with everyone, regardless of where they are stationed, and allows for the interaction we need (chat box in the session) while not also being distracting (you can choose your view). Sessions can even be recorded for later viewing by anyone who had a scheduling conflict and needs the information but was unable to attend live.
- The chat box (and the ability to manipulate the view of it) is a favorite feature.
- Even in lower signal areas we really haven't had any trouble with the connection, which is pretty impressive. Both on laptops and mobile.
- While most of our meetings have visual-heavy content, the ability to phone in is handy for folks that are on the road but want to participate.
- The ability to change hosts is also handy. With ongoing education, many times a team member is an even better resource than the presenter. So being able to hand the reins over to an attendee comes in handy.
- Occasionally we'll get a report from a team member that's frustrated with needing to re-download GoTo Meeting in order to join a session and ends up late because of it. I'm not sure if this is an update issue or personal computer settings problem.
- There are reaction buttons that are kind of handy but seem to only be available on the browser version.

Good Basic Service but Interface Could Use Improvement
We used GoTo Meeting mainly to facilitate screen sharing when doing demos of our e-commerce solutions. It was a bit clunky but it got the job done. It helped to be able to show prospective clients how to navigate through our platforms in real time. Occasionally we would have connectivity problems or the clients wouldn't be able to find the right buttons on their side to participate properly.

GoTo Meeting has allowed the business to grow rapidly. GoTo Meeting is a way to get your message across better and attract very large groups. It is an essential tool for business communication and collaboration with people around the world. This was implemented at our organization when COVID-19 broke out. This has become a platform that we have been able to use to allow employees to stay in touch with their customers while they work. I find it to be the most user-friendly product. The platform is also used for conferences to serve more than one client at the same time.

Reliable & Secure Online Meeting Platform
The wait is over & we found a perfect match in terms of communication apps; which helped us a lot while in this pandemic situation, as most of the team members are currently working from home. We wished for an app that could enable video calling & conference calling & also integrate well with other apps such as outlook etc.
- First of all it is very economical as compared to other apps.
- It has a very handy screen share feature that leads & improves work collaborations.
- It has also recording features that enable you to tackle future hurdles of notes/information chaired during important meetings.
- During executing/meeting the app; it crashes sometimes & get slows the PC & even takes resources in the background to be more down.
- I suppose customer care should more proactive in order to facilitate customer issues instantly.
- GUI needs further development & should be improved to serve customers more efficiently.

Winning Remote Meeting Option
We use GoTo Meeting to attend webinar workshops or training offered by different programs we use for educating our students. We have not purchased GoTo Meeting, but we often have vendors who use it to promote their products or provide training on their programs. Every teacher can attend at the same time from their own device making it convenient for everyone to attend.

- The app is free for those you invite to conference with you.
- It's a secure way to communicate.
- You need to keep the app updated.
- All features may not work on older devices.
- Doesn't allow chat rooms.
- Takes a lot of bandwidth.
In addition to chat, audio, and video conferencing, GoTo Meeting provides live screen sharing with HD-quality audio, meeting recording, and drawing options. I like the Siri voice commands that can be used by a host to call invitees on their phone to join a meeting or can be used to start/join a meeting. The Smart Meeting Assistant helps us with Transcription.

Video conferencing the easy way
GoTo Meeting has been instrumental in helping our agency navigate the pandemic. We use it for our remote meetings. It has truly helped us continue with our business meetings. We use it across the agency along with some other products. I use GoTo Meeting exclusively. I find it the most user-friendly product.

A Remarkable Software for Conducting Online Meetings

Mediocre Product
I used GoTo Meeting for weekly coordination meetings with other construction trades. The departments that I used it with were architects, engineers, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and construction managers. The company I work for also uses it for learning conference calls. The problem I run into is it's hard to get in at times even after dialing the phone number given by the host.

GoTo Meeting is one of the primary video conference programs used in our company. It is used by the whole organization. During the Coronavirus days our company prefers online meetings as they are much more safer compare to offline meetings. GoTo Meeting is used to organize our online meetings and make them enjoyable for everyone.
- The audio quality is perfect.
- The video quality is much better compared to other video conference platform(like Google Meet)
- You can share your screen(this is really important for our meetings)
- It is very easy to use. You just run the app, enter the code of the meeting and you are already in.
- You can record a meeting and then rewatch it again.
- The number of participants in a single meeting can reach up to 500 members

- When they are a lot of people in the meeting it starts lagging

- If you enter the meeting using a mobile device you can have a lot of issues even if your internet connection is perfect.
It is used to communicate with our sales representative and customers in the middle east and other countries. We choose GoToMeeting for conducting online meetings and conferences because it is simple to set up and attend. Scheduling online forums and holding the required consultations will help you get a better understanding of the guidelines and priorities that would be discussed during a joint project.
