Thought about using Teams in certain situations, but have been concerned about universal access to content. Often feel that third party applications that are not aligned to a specific format are better. Users are not favored if [there] are Google or Microsoft or Apple people.

Also, I have looked at Microsoft rewards. Not sure how it works, so basically ignore it.

Basically, Planner is nowhere as good and has nowhere as much functionality as Airtable, but Planner is included with MS 365 and good enough for us with no additional cost. Dropbox is actually really good and integrates well with MS 365. We actually use both Dropbox and OneDrive, although personally, I think we could get rid of Dropbox and just use OneDrive.

Haven't used any of the options in the drop down option listings. I've used G:Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, etc.) and I think it has comparable functionality to Microsoft 365. If our organization shifted to G:Suite, it wouldn't be a difficult transition. But we're all used to Microsoft 365 at this point and are happy with it.

Microsoft 365 [(formerly Office 365)] is the only product of this type we use. Our internal software utilizes and Excel type program to develop financial reports, however. I have found this product to be cumbersome and inefficient. Microsoft 365 Excel is far easier to use. I actually adjust my reports in Excel instead of changing the system.

We use Microsoft 365 [(formerly Office 365)] and it has met all of our needs. There was no further need to research it. It does all of the things that we need, excluding the patient/case manager software that use daily.

Zoom is what we have been using for clients or patients but I have been pushing users to use Zoom less for in house meetings.

Stability, high security, unique capabilities, speed of execution, cloud storage space, and compatibility and integration with other software has made this Microsoft product one of the best in the competitive market.

Microsoft Office 365 has blown away any other products I have used. Microsoft Office 365 is a very user-friendly product and allows the user to customize any report or document to their choosing. Microsoft Office 365 has had a very positive impact on my organization. There are also many guides and instructions on their website.

Microsoft Office 365 has been by far one of the greatest products my organization has invested in. The flexibility it has given to all of the departments in my organization has been very positive. Microsoft Office 365 is one of a kind in the sense that there are so many ways it can benefit organizations, no matter the department.

Pricing is great when we consider the freebies that come with it. The office does not come bundled and is expensive for the subscription. But if you have to rely on email service it's not done well. I am sure the way they set us up may not be right but if we have to spend so much time with customer service and keep changing customer service it seems like Microsoft engineers have not done their job.

Microsoft is superior due to Canadian Datacenters. We are required to keep all data in Canada and Microsoft assures us of this. We explored Google Storage but we had to create an Informed Consent Policy but it did not meet our privacy criteria.

In our company we have both Office 365 and regular Office 2016. We are transitioning more to 365 for the ease of managing the licensing. We don't have to keep license cards or numbers stored anywhere because 365 uses your microsoft login which you are using anyway.
Compared to free offering such as OpenOffice and LibreOffice they just don't have the backing and support that comes with a genuine Microsoft product. Also Office 365 just works, very little issue with compatibility and is constantly being updated with new features or security updates.

Citrix Gateway allowed me to access all of my folders on my computer from outside of the office. I liked Citrix much better for this purpose then Microsoft Office 365.

We were looking to stay in the Microsoft Office 365 family, so it was either the cloud or a current desktop version. Ultimately the lower startup cost of refreshing all licenses at once, it was decided by the board to go with the new subscription-based Microsoft Office 365. At first, IT was opposed as we felt there was a better ROI from a traditional deployment, but we didn't know there were plans to downsize, shortly and it ended being the right thing for the business.

Google Drive/Docs/Sheets/Slides is a cloud-based productivity suite that I have used previously. I think the speed and simplicity of the Google tools is great, but Microsoft wins for companies that are used to Microsoft products such as Outlook and OneDrive. The seamless integration between Office 365 Apps is a key differentiator and winner for Microsoft.

Office 365 stacks up favorably in most areas except cost and the random licensing glitches. Open Office and Libre Office are very good products, but they, at least at present, require users to be able to convert docs and find minor alternative ways of doing things that may be very slightly different from office, which takes a noticeable hit on productivity and uses IT resources. The cost of Office 365 is low enough with our plan that it's well worth eliminating those issues, and adding in that it's compatible with other systems, it was an easy choice.

Using Dynamics as a business application was the best decision I ever made. Between all its functionalities we are able to connect any Office 365 tools into your personalized app and you do not have to leave your page, it’s all right there.

We looked at the Zoho suite of apps as a possible contender, because it has an extensive number of apps that compare to those in the Microsoft Office 365. The functionality of the Zoho apps was good, but compared to Microsoft Office 365, they didn't truly compare. While Zoho was good, Microsoft Office 365 would be considered outstanding, in my opinion.
