Nintex Process Platform is being used in our organization to automate business processes, from simple approval workflows to complex and multiple scenario applications that check for several conditions and edit several fields in the list or library. As part of the SharePoint support team, we provide basic consultation and troubleshooting services to our end users.
- Clear and concise logic when building workflows
- Simple and useful connectors
- Ability to test the flow before running
- Easy to troubleshoot, with easy to understand error messages in the logic
- Robust, helpful and positive support and community
- Make it more user friendly, as initial contact with the software can be intimidating
- More connectors should be added
- More trainings and/or demos for use cases

Nintex Process Platform Review
Nintex helps in providing our company with business automation. Human dependency has been decreased due to nintex. All human intervention is replaced by robots. Also it's pretty simple to create forms using this software.
- Helps to monitor business processes and workflows.
- Operational cost has been reduced.
We use Nintex Platform internally for requesting new project sites in Office 365 for new customer projects. The administrator and project manager fill out a Nintex form with the client and project-specific details, which is saved in a SharePoint list. We then use a Nintex workflow for approvals and site creation.

- Process mapping - mapping your business processes in a central portal for knowledge management and to find opportunities for automation & efficiency gains
- Nintex Workflow Cloud still has features missing, which are available in their Office 365 products. I know they are working hard to add features.

Huge Time Saver
We are using Nintex for all departments as part of our digital transformation. In particular, any processes that are still on paper, which in government is a lot. Working from home since the pandemic began has made this a lot more urgent, and Nintex has been a huge help.
- Forms are really easy to create with the responsive designer.
- Simple workflows can be created in minutes and save hours of work.
- Training materials and classes are amazing.
- We are still unable to get document generation working. It is most likely our configuration, but we can't figure out what specifically to fix.
- The new Responsive Designer is still missing a lot that's included in the Responsive Designer.
- I wish there was versioning on workflows.
- I'd LOVE to be able to test a workflow or section of it without publishing it yet.

I have used workflow automation software in the past and I found nintex proces platform to be my favourite,our Human resources department have been super productive using this tool,from recruiting, grouping of employees and employees documentation.moreover it provides digital forms hence reducing paper forms and workloads.our sales force has also greatly benefited form this tool for ease of contracts generation, automation and e-signature.
- Easy intergation with sales force
- Provides e signature feature hence making it easy to close the sales
- Improved data integrity and compliance
- The cost is quite high limiting some business to purchase the tool.
- Web version needs some improvement
- Customer support were taking alot of time to respond.

Documents Generation made easy with Nintex Process Platform
Nintex Process Platform document generation has been a great product to use for us considering ease in documents generation and a super cool UI. We were able to integrate it in an absolutely easy way with Salesforce, it comes up with great features which have proven great for us in solving our business problems related to automation in document generation

Automate and get some time back!
We use this platform for internal digital forms and workflows. We have converted from very paper-based manual processes. The idea is to build the capability internally and empower teams to automate and build their own forms and workflows. We have started with Promapp as our documentation tool which is easy and intuitive for users.

If only every one would get this then different task can be handled with so much ease. It is simply impressive.
We're not for the Nintex Process platform easing many workflows it would be too hard, too costly, and much time-consuming. It has great features for streamlining tasks. Group tasks and projects are well assigned and order followed to check that the progress is on track. Great storage for files.

- Task force done well in teams and on another way easier done on single process.

Nintex RPA for a better world of task management.
We address the issue of making business or rather workflows a very easy task. No longer hard to manage complex tasks and projects or even share projects for faster delivery. The features are out of the imaginable to solve all task forces this is the best way to go.

The easiest way to develop and manage workflows in SharePoint
We use Nintex Process Platform for a set of workflows across the company. Going from workflows for simple approval to more complex workflows with cascading decisiontrees. The most of these workflows are used by our human resources department. We for instance have Nintex Process Platform combined with a workflow to do the onboarding of new employees. Another workflow is used to order sandwiches.

We are using the Nintex Process Platform for business process management and I must say it is very capable. We are able to manage our workflows thanks to features such as automation. With the Nintex Process Platform, we have been able to digitize and streamline business operations thereby saving resources. Further, the software makes documentation and collaboration easy and we have integrated it with SharePoint and Office 365.
