The cost of subscription is low enough and the functionality of Qualtrics satisfy all of our survey needs therefore we will definitely renew with Qualtrics. Furthermore, we love the customer support which is very responsive to our inquiries and questions.

Once the system is set up for the first round of data collection, future set ups are much easier. I'd be hard pressed to switch to a different system after having set up Qualtrics once unless there was an essential feature in another system that I could not get through Qualtrics.

I don't have the ability to make this decision; however, the team uses Qualtrics very often and have few issues. Also, we have run so many surveys in Qualtrics, it is our current repository for existing surveys. In addition, the ability to copy over surveys to create new ones, makes it a very nice product. Typically, we can find existing surveys that can be re-utilized.

Examples of questions types include but are not limited to, different multiple-choice question types, matrix type questions, constant-sum type questions, rank order type questions and different text entry questions.choice

I am a DePaul student so access to Qualtrics is free for students so I wouldn't need to renew anything. When I graduate on the other hand, I may purchase use of Qualtrics if it is needed for my job. I work as an intern in HR and I often suggest Qualtrics to my boss when she wants to conducts a survey among our employees.

The simple fact is that I have a lot of historical data and questionnaires already tied into Qualtrics. Having the same product in place makes it easy to look back at old studies for learning purposes as well as design purposes for consistency.

A lot of employees have already got used to the software. If we asked them to start over again, it cost our time and money. Also we see the value of Qualtrics, it helps us get the insights that grow our business. The analytics tool it has is amazing. Even if you are not a research specialist, after a few weeks use of Qualtrics, you will be able to handle the survey.

Qualtrics is a great value if you are consistently running surveys or asking for feedback from customers. It is very user friendly and simple to use, but also allows for more advance programming to customize it for your needs. The tech support and account managers are great to work with and any issues we ran into were resolved quickly.
