  • Relies heavily on tagging to dictate where content shows up on the portal. No ability to simply add a piece of content to a page without reverse-engineering the tagging rules for the widget.
We've struggled greatly with sales engagement of the Savo system. Assets are difficult to find, the search capability is lacking, and it forces a new login every time you access the system (this is our greatest point of bouncing). The analytics are weak and outdated, making it impossible for content creators to accurately measure content usage, engagement, and contribution to leads, opportunities, or pipeline.
