Overall Satisfaction with 6sense
We use it to figure out what are the different buying stages most of our key accounts are at and use the information to do properly planned to go market actions to effectively reach out to our customers.
- Advertise to a particular target account
- Understanding what accounts are in which buying stage
- Understand what particular keywords accounts are researching
- It's very hard to connect to Facebook for advertising
- It's very hard to connect to Google ads for advertising
- It can improve in categorizing into further subfolders
- It has hyper-focused advertising efforts so only accounts you want to advertise get advertised.
- Due to the hyper-focused nature of the advertising function, it has fewer impressions and clicks compared to our normal google ads
- We see a few more opportunities from target accounts, however, it's nothing too significant
It has helped us correctly identify what stage of the buying process each account is at. However, sometimes it is not fully 100% accurate with what the salespeople in our organization tell us is going on the ground.
It has helped us by letting us know a few crucial details. Firstly, it lets us Identify what keywords they are researching, with that information, we can reach out to that group with similar interests. Secondly, it helps us identify which stage of the buying process they are at so we can use the appropriate assets.
They are similar in getting to know what your key accounts are researching, however, 6sense is used more for a broader sense of the account. Priority Engine is used to get to know the account specifically down to the person.
