Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We have many programs that we were using that were all disconnected. With Acumatica, we were able to get most of the programs transferred to Acumatica. We still are moving few more programs into Acumatica so we can fully be in it. Acumatica has brought reduction in time spend looking for imformation and insight into the business functions.

Acumatica has helped serve our internal and external customer very well. We have automated several processes and reduced inefficencies. We have also shed light on areas of improvement and areas where we need to focus on. All of this is done by reporting and data generation. We have also reduced time spent on complex processes.
We are a company that does it all. Manufacturing, construction, engineering, and service. My goal is to bring all of these functions into one system where data and reporting is shared. So far Acumatica has brought construction and service into one system and we are working on getting Engineering and Manufacturing into the system by early next year.
We selected Acumatica because of several factors. One of the factors is that it is intuitive and easy to use. Second is that implementation is very simple and Acumatica provides all the tools you need to get going. They also have many many resources and training to set up for success.
