Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used for both payroll and human resources. The system houses all of our HRIS, benefits enrollments, and payroll processing.
  • Tax calculations.
  • Automatic group term life Imputed income calculations.
  • Benefits open enrollment.
  • Setting up tax jurisdictions is sometimes difficult.
  • Trying to make changes with back dates is sometimes difficult because of how the effective dating works.
  • Setting up users is sometimes challenging.
  • It is difficult to measure the ROI that ADP Workforce Now has had on our overall business objectives.
Not sure. - I have only ever used ADP Workforce Now as a Payroll solution, so I do not have anything to compare it to.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for companies who do not have very many tax jurisdictions, and who do not have a lot of complicated payroll processing rules.
