Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now across the entire organization. We have 7 locations and two companies. We use payroll, time and attendance, and HR platforms. ADP Workforce now allows us to be able to have all employees from both companies in the same platform making hiring, employee changes, and payroll a very simple solution. We have a dedicated rep that we can easily contact with any issues. Everyone at ADP is very responsive to any inquiries. We do weekly payroll and the platform is very easy to navigate. During implementation, we were able to set up different batches to meet our unique needs making weekly processing streamlined.
- ADP Workforce allows you to create batches that can be unique to your business. You are able to save these batches for future use which streamlines your payroll processing.
- ADP Workforce allows you to create custom reports so that you can see the data you want. Once created, you only have to request the report no need to recreate what you are looking for.
- Custom reports can be somewhat hard to create yourself and the prompts can be difficult to understand. I would make it easier to create custom reports.
- The Total Rewards section is new. It does not show 401k on it and therefore is not a "Total Rewards" statement. I would include 401k.
- Although ADP Workforce is slightly higher than some other providers, the ability to have multiple companies in one login and the ability to have unique items has far out weighed the additional cost.
- ADP Workforce will work with you in waiving fees if you can make a business case for it.
- I have not tried to integrate any systems.
