Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our law firm uses ADP Workforce Now for Time and Attendance and Payroll for our organization. It tracks employee's hourly clock in/out time without someone inside the firm manually calculating. Also, tracks hire information and vacation/sick request and time off accruals.
  • Time and Attendance - we were calculating manually and depending on employees to track their in/out hours. With ADP each employee clocks in/out by click of a button and the record is automatically updated.
  • Reports - there are many reports and sometimes hard to find the one that is specific to your needs.
  • Accurate employee hours worked; clocking in and out has helped employees to enter the correct hours.
  • We do not have manually calculate hours and this has saved a couple of hours each pay period.
The section we use has been helpful, record keeping has been positive in keeping our information updated and easy to access.
  • Payroll; Time and Attendance
We have only been using Time and Attendance a couple of years. Mostly the employees had to get use to clocking in and out instead of manually tracking their time.
ADP is the only payroll and time attendance program I have used. We have been using ADP for over 15 years.
If you have more than 2 or 3 employees, it cuts down your time in calculations, up keeping employees individual hours, benefits, and paid time off.
