Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used by every employee in our company. We use it for centralized payroll, as an HRIS, and will be soon using it to onboard employees and give them a great first experience at our company. We are also advancing to include using it for policy holding, including having employees sign off on policies there. We also use it for our time and attendance, schedules and paid time off requests and accruals.

I feel like you can either use everything or not everything and have a great experience. They will customize it to help it function the way you need it too. I feel like it is a great small HRIS thing.

We have only added those two. Jazz is fully working with ADP. Litmos is still being set up.
The company I worked for previously had a very built-up UtiliPro profile and it was great but I still like ADP better.
I think it is a great system for smaller companies like mine, they allow a lot of customization and add ons to help manage cost because using all of the ADP services is expensive. We use 2 add-ons currently and are looking to add more. I will also say getting help is very easy and very efficient.
