Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Payroll & HR new hire onboarding. Great for meeting reporting requirements.

  • Adding time off dates to employee email so they know what dates their supervisor approved.
  • Delegating onboarding to more than one practitioner.

  • Having ability to be logged into more than one session in WFN.
  • Persons Authorized to contact ADP, would like to see easier to make changes.
  • Time-off policies-projecting accruals does not always work accurately. We have to go to Time Off balances to see true picture.

  • Love the reporting feature. Saves me hours.

The GL program in ADP is too complicated. I think it could be simplified.

Great support & knowledge. Would like to see faster response time.
Works well for regular employees but less so for contract 1099 employees. 1099 employees are much easier to pay through accounts payable than WFN. Absolutely love effective date changes & reporting features.

COVID-19 Response

As a govt entity we had some nuances but support from ADP handled them perfectly.
ADP notifications keep us on track during the pandemic.
It had a huge impact & was well received.
Love the mobile clock in/out feature. Requesting & approving time off from a supervisor standpoint could use some tweaking. As does approving employee timecards via mobile.

I'm not sure what premium support is.
Yes - I reported a bug with one of the standard Time Off reports & it was handled in a timely fashion.
We changed some of our vacation policies & had great support from ADP to ensure they were set up correctly.

Using ADP Workforce Now

I think it is very user friendly. Reports took me a bit longer but once I understood how to create Custom reports, I can't say enough good things about this product.
