Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Payroll & HR new hire onboarding. Great for meeting reporting requirements.

- ADP employee training on WFN, especially in the implementation teams.
- Adding time off dates to employee email so they know what dates their supervisor approved.
- Delegating onboarding to more than one practitioner.
- Faster response time on service tickets.
- Having ability to be logged into more than one session in WFN.
- Persons Authorized to contact ADP, would like to see easier to make changes.
- Time-off policies-projecting accruals does not always work accurately. We have to go to Time Off balances to see true picture.
- Simplified the payroll process through automation.
- Love the reporting feature. Saves me hours.

The GL program in ADP is too complicated. I think it could be simplified.

COVID-19 Response
As a govt entity we had some nuances but support from ADP handled them perfectly.
ADP notifications keep us on track during the pandemic.
It had a huge impact & was well received.
Love the mobile clock in/out feature. Requesting & approving time off from a supervisor standpoint could use some tweaking. As does approving employee timecards via mobile.

I'm not sure what premium support is.
Yes - I reported a bug with one of the standard Time Off reports & it was handled in a timely fashion.
We changed some of our vacation policies & had great support from ADP to ensure they were set up correctly.
