Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used by my entire organization. We use it to manage our payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and employee information. We also utilize the 'Recruitment' functions to help us fill some of our open requisitions. So far, my experience with ADP Workforce Now has been a positive one.
  • Timekeeping - it's very easy to clock in and out
  • Employee management - it's easy to search for employees in the system
  • I would love to see a more robust ATS system included in ADP
  • I'm not entirely sure how to answer this question due to my job scope, but from my understanding, ADP has been able to save us time - which in turn saves us money.
ADP Workforce Now seems like it would scale well, able to grow with us as our company grows. When we're currently hiring for multiple positions, this is a very good characteristic for a software to have.
  • I am unaware of the integration that's happened - this is outside of my job scope.

The support process is thorough and also ensures the upmost level of security for company data. I had to be cleared with my account representative before I could make any changes to company or employee data. I really appreciate this level of security and attention to detail.
I work in Talent Acquisition, so the primary function I need to use on a daily basis is the Recruitment function, and that could use a little bit of streamlining to make it easier to manage. However, for the Human Resources tasks I need to complete, ADP works wonders at keeping everything organized.
