Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We currently use Avalara to calculate our online retail sales tax for our site orders for each of our merchant accounts. This is a product that we are using in our finance and IT department on site. The IT department monitors the orders that go through Avalara to make sure that the proper sales tax is being calculated. The sales tax team uses it to file and remit taxes after pulling month end reports.

Website is very easy to use and navigate. If you are unable to find something then you are able to call and get directions to make it easier to navigate through the site.
Have not implemented these products in our business, but I do think that the exemption and certification management would be very beneficial to the company.
