Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Engagement

We use Bloomreach Engagement to send our email newsletters. Other teams use the web layers feature to promote messages on site. The dynamic content feature and personalization elements are something I find super easy to use within Bloomreach Engagement.

Bloomreach [Engagement] is much more advanced and visual.
I think the engagement usability is great but there could be some improvements, e.g. being able to calculate total OR if you have run more than one campaign (e.g. a test).
It's good but there is room for improvement.
