Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl
Brightpearl is used across the entire organization. It manages our inventory. There are a few reports that would be helpful to pull from Brightpearl that are currently unavailable.
- Communicator - it works well with our other systems we use for our online retail store
- Filtering Data - there are a lot of different ways to look up data
- Reporting
- Brightpearl updates can cause more problems, especially when we are unaware that an update is in progress
- It's kept us organized
- There have been times where it slows down business because of glitches in batch purchasing/printing
This is my first experience with a product such as Brightpearl. I don't see a need to switch.
