Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice for our phone system. It allows us to record calls, take messages, and link calls to different departments. We use it every day. We can set it to show we are on vacation, holiday, or out of the office. We can forward calls to another number if we need to, and we can answer office calls on our cell phones through b-hive if we need to. If we have a problem, it has been resolved quickly and professionally.
