And with b-hive, we have the flexibility to transfer calls to another line without any extra headaches even through the phone app. Each phone line has 3 call waiting spots for us so I can make sure I will never miss any new calls when someone calls. In addition to a phone line, we can use the online portal or the mobile app to text with the same phone line. You can even implement two-line calling when you get a phone call to one of your numbers – grouping numbers for inbound calls. I have also added eFaxing to my business and that has been such an easy implementation. We can fax anything through email, easily and fast. I have a custom hold music as well as a custom voicemail greeting. Above all of the features and support, my technical team at Braodvoice has always been there for me with any questions I may have.
