We use this for our main phone system and those of us in the office use the Communicator to communicate with field employees via text
- Allows you to customize your phone system
- Has 24-7 customer support on line and by phone
- Provides Training Up Front on system
- A lot of email communicating during implementation(which is great!) but was a little confused and what role each person was playing in our new service as we got new phones and new service.
