Overall Satisfaction with Calendly

Calendly is currently being used by my team to sync schedules and tasks quickly and easily, and automatically set up plans/meetings/sprints for our initiatives as a team. It would be great if our entire company used this product cross-team, and I think we’re working towards that future state. Calendly is like a project manager for us.

Calendly is truly a unique product, and I struggle to think of a similar one on the market. If there is one, I have yet to hear about it. If you’re looking for a tool to help automate and organize your large team or client base’s tasks and schedules, this is likely the tool for you. It would be nice if there were more options on the market for competition’s sake, though.
I haven’t yet had to use support with Calendly.

Calendly is excellent for teams that have many different people wearing many different hats for many different clients and points of contact all at the same time. It helps ensure things get scheduled and completed, and that everyone is on the same page. If you have a lot of people, a lot of schedules, and a lot of tasks, it’ll help your team.
