It is being used across the organization and is being maintained by marketing. It addresses file management and storage problems as well as expanding access to other staff with permissions.

  • Inability to work off of Canto with Adobe files.
  • Mobile integration and mobile app.
  • Auto generating tags for files based on file name or content.

  • Easier to track files.
  • Faster file transfers.
  • Easier to find files leading to faster project turnaround.
Canto maintains a file structure that is easier to use than other software I have used. It keeps things simple but still has features built-in.
