Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

It's a clean and easy-to-understand commission software provided by our finance department and used by our entire sales org that takes the guesswork out of attainment to quota and related commissions by breaking down the various components of our comp by date, product line, and attainment to goal, including spifs and kickers. We're provided a UI that shows all of these details as well as a downloadable XLS statement for additional computation. It's easy to like because it's easy to understand! Perhaps the best feature of this software is that it provides an option to make formal requests for adjustments so it's easy to get on the same page with sales leadership and finance with a few clicks.

If you have a fully or partly commission-based sales comp structure, you're well suited for this software as it provides a clean way for your sellers to understand their commissions by time and date (along with the computations used) as well as provides a formal intermediary between your finance and sales teams to request and make adjustments.
