Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
We use Captivatel IQ to calculate our Sales Commission. Be it Inside sales or Reseller commissions. Their are multiple factors to consider while calculating the commission but capitivatel IQ has made that easy. Only Accounting department uses this application.

Initially we thought it would not be much useful as we went into it we got to know how useful and easy it is for us to calculate the commission. Initially it would take us 3 days to calculate commissions(Reseller and Inside sales) but now it just takes 4 to 5 hours(includes file preparations)
