Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
We use CaptivateIQ to manage commission plans for 8+ teams. As an individual contributor, I use CaptivateIQ to review my monthly payouts and ensure I am paid correctly. It is extremely user friendly and gives me complete confidence that my commission is accurate. Our finance team used Excel up until implementing CaptivateIQ, which created a number of difficult situations related to compensation. CaptivateIQ has solved most if not all of these issues.
- By integrating directly with Salesforce, I can see payouts for each specific deal I have closed.
- CaptivateIQ shows the waterfall of payouts and makes it much easier to understand our comp plan.
- Captivate IQ has a seamless inquiry submission system, so I can solve any potential issues with my commission directly through the platform.
- CaptivateIQ has room to improve in modeling potential payouts for a commission period
- The filtering capabilities within your personal page are fairly limited
- More custom fields
- Comp plan management
- Transparency for individual contributors
- Salesforce integration
- Our team was previously calculating all sales commissions in Excel. CaptivateIQ has single-handedly saved thousands of hours of manual work.
- As a dynamic organization, CaptivateIQ makes it painless to adjust comp plans or create new ones for different teams.
- Before CaptivateIQ, there was little to no transparency with ICs. Giving reps a place to review their commission has helped our sales org scale.
100x better than Excel. It is a no brainer if you have a sales team with more than one rep.
