Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is used in the organization as our sales compensation platform. All information related to commission plans is housed in the platform including the annual plan document, executed agreement, monthly sales & commission tracking, and running year-to-date performance vs. quota.
  • Tracking Performance - Actual vs Goal.
  • Detailed break-out of all commissionable components.
  • Account details for newco and upsell.
  • Repository for all commission plan documents.
  • Scenario Templates to project annual goal attainment & commissions, ie., how much new logo revenue do I need to hit the target?, how many upsells do I need at an average value to hit quota? etc.
  • Commission Calculator including spiffs and quarterly/annual bonuses.
  • Sales performance tracking
  • Commission Payouts
